The 24/7 hot water, cleanliness, 24/7 customer service, security with lock in wardrobe, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower with decent water pressure.
Could not be improved in any way.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful at the beginning and the hotel was strategically located close to the big malls and a mosque. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel's location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel amenities such as the free Wi-Fi and breakfast provided a great value for money.
The room had few sockets and lacked proper lighting and blackout curtains, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the AC was not strong enough to cool the room and it could get uncomfortably warm.

The location was good, close to restaurants and main attractions. the hotel offered 24/7 customer service which was helpful when I needed assistance. the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable to use.
I had a bad experience during my Christmas stay. the air conditioner was not working properly and the staff was rude and unprofessional.
